Caputo on Prayer at Advent

December 17, 2012 by Tripp Fuller 1 Comment

Jack Caputo is back! I caught up with a few of our favorite progressive Christian thought-leaders at the American Academy of Religion convention last month, and invited them to reflect on the season of Advent. Deborah at the Progressive Christian Portal at Patheos is posting one video response each week as the church waits and anticipates the coming of God.

Legendary philosopher of Religion & author of What Would Jesus Deconstruct? - John Caputo invites us to see that the  “come” of Advent is not just one more prayer, but the very form of prayer, hence the it’s-always-advent.
