Peter Rollins was at Claremont School of Theology a couple of weeks ago – and we recorded it!

His new book is Insurrection and he is in full form during this hour.

Jeff - thanks for the thoughts and for the resource suggestions. I think that is a valuable conversation and I am glad to have thoughtful people to be in dialogue with. -Bo

I recently finished Pete's book and appreciate this lecture to give it some additional depth. As a "student" of process-relational and contemplative/mysticism (Keating/Rohr/Bourgeault), I find the "dots connecting" in what Pete is saying. During the question/answer segment, Pete referred to the brilliance of AA. Richard Rohr JUST came out with a wonderful book on this very thing titled, "Breathing Under Water: Spirituality and the Twelve Steps" - I highly recommend it. (It actually is based on an amazing retreat recording, available on the CAC website - How Do We Breathe Under Water? The Gospel and 12-Step Spirituality) Thanks for posting this talk! I hope Pete is planning on coming to Atlanta as part of his book tour!
